Beginners, you’re welcome here!

One of the best ways to learn yoga is through mysore-style practice. “Mysore” classes mean you can come any time during the class window. When you arrive, you’ll get one on one teaching. The first session might be 30-45 minutes. This style of learning is especially great for beginners, or if you have any conditions you’re working through.

We don’t expect you to know anything. People assume they need to know the sequence or be able to touch their toes to do yoga. That’s never the case.

Arrive as you are —if that’s half asleep, feeling stiff, sore, or weak…that’s perfect. It’s often when we’re feeling the worst that there is a great potential for change.
