    Saturday 8:30am

    Ashtanga Vinyasa Remix. Play with postures from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd series. Learn arm balances and inversions.

  • Fundamentals

    Sunday 9:00am

    Sun salutations, standing postures, and a few seated. Perfect for newer students or for days when you need a shorter practice.

  • Mobility

    Tuesday + Thursday 6:15pm

    Drills for mobility, strength, proprioception, & balance.
