About the Classes

Ashtanga Vinyasa — Saturday 8:30am

A dynamic movement/meditation practice.

The ashtanga vinyasa method builds real strength, flexibility, sharper awareness and mental clarity. Sun salutations, standing postures, seated, and closing sequence. Breath, inner locks, and gaze. Class might include postures from primary and intermediate.Options offered for every body to work from where they are.

Breath + Mobility — Tuesday/Thursday 9am

A short and sweet practice to wake up your body, release tension, and clear mental fog. Work with the breath first, then move through some fundamental asanas for the spine, hips, and shoulders. Build strength, flexibility + move with more ease.

Mobility + Yoga Nidra — Monday/Wednesday 5:15pm

A session to unwind from the day and drop into yourself. We start with 10–20 minutes of gentle movement to shake off any residue from work and screens, followed by a guided yoga nidra practice. Let yourself downshift and relax for real. Accessible for every body — you can do the whole thing on the floor or in bed!
