Home for practical, no-nonsense yoga studies, offering traditional, old-school classes in Upstate New York. We aim to keep things approachable and lighthearted.
Our shala is rooted in “mysore” — the original method of learning ashtanga yoga in which students progress through the series at their own pace. The practice can be individualized to your needs, day to day, decade to decade.

Practice Tips 𓅂
We’re here to help you nurture a daily yoga practice.
Mysore allows you to build from the ground up. Start small, stay consistent, master the art of showing up. The hard stuff gets easier the more you do it.
Avoid wearing any fragrances to class. A hot shower before practice might help to increase mobility and alertness. Dress in comfortable clothes. We have mats and props available for you to use.
